Optimum Corporate Services Pty Ltd (ABN 26 050 322 293 and collectively referred to herein as "OCS", "we", "us", or "our") take care to respect clients' right to privacy and to fully comply with our obligations under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth). We use any information we collect for or about clients only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to provide a more customised service experience.

OCS Client Privacy Policy

While information is an essential element in our ability to provide our services, our most important asset is our clients' trust. Keeping client information secure, and using it only as our clients would want us to, is the top priority for OCS.

1. We will safeguard, according to strict legal standards of security and confidentiality, any information our clients share with us.

2. We will limit the collection and use of all information from our clients to what we require to allow us to deliver our services to our clients. With regards to all information, and the results, of any psychometric testing or measurement, such information will be deleted from our files within 3 months of us providing such services.

3. We will not use or disclose personally identifiable client information for any purpose other than where the client gives specific consent.

4. We will continuously assess our performance against our Privacy Policy standards to ensure that client privacy is respected and ensured.
